Polo Club of Boca manse sells for record $4.2MSeptember 1, 2015
A mansion in the Polo Club of Boca Raton has sold for $4.2 million, marking the most expensive sale to date in the upscale community.
The 11,567 square foot Mediterranean estate, at 5678 Vintage Oaks Circle in Delray Beach, is on the north side of the Polo Club, which stretches into Delray Beach.
Built in 2000, the lakefront estate has seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, and features a custom designed theater by Theo Kalomirakis’ TK Designs, a two-story library with a mahogany spiral staircase and a master suite that measures more than 2,500 square-feet. Michael and Wendy Ledwitz, of EDGE Real Estate Brokers, represented the sellers, Roger Shiffman Trust.
